The differences that matter
The same model, priced differently
Samaro and Xtasveer both sell reusable storage with unlimited events on paid plans, so their prices compare directly. At 500 GB, Xtasveer Ultra is ₹21,000 a year against ₹22,950 for Samaro Amateur; at 1,000 GB, Xtasveer Legend is ₹36,000 against ₹40,392 for Samaro Pro. Both exclude tax, and Samaro’s figures already include the 10% code discount shown on its pricing page. Xtasveer paid plans can also compress uploads, so the same storage holds more.
Every feature on every plan, or features from 500 GB up
Samaro’s compare-plans table switches on several features only from its Amateur plan (500 GB, ₹22,950 a year): download controls, team logins, guest uploads, Camera2Cloud and a custom domain. On Xtasveer, paid plans differ only in storage. A studio on the 50 GB Plus plan at ₹4,499 a year gets the same download controls, unlimited team logins with per-feature permissions, Co-Hosts and favourites as a studio on Legend.
Delivering at the event, or running the studio
Samaro’s strengths are at the event: photos pushed from the camera in about two seconds with Camera2Cloud, a WhatsApp bot that shares photos with guests, guest uploads and an event itinerary. Xtasveer’s strengths are in the business around the event: quotations built from your own items, invoices, payment tracking with receipts, client records, and an events calendar across every event — none of which Samaro lists today.
File size limits
Samaro caps each photo at 30 MB on its Starter Mini, Starter and Amateur plans and at 50 MB above that, with videos up to 5 GB; its free trial allows 5 MB photos and 100 MB videos. Xtasveer has no per-file size limit on any plan, including Free, so full-resolution exports and long ceremony films upload without being split or resized first.

They differ. Samaro’s free trial gives 10 GB of reusable storage for 2 events. Xtasveer’s free plan gives 10 GB for unlimited events with no end date, but its free storage is not reusable — deleting photos does not return space until you move to a paid plan.
Does Xtasveer have Camera2Cloud or a WhatsApp bot like Samaro?
Not today. Xtasveer delivers through the desktop uploader and the browser, and guests on the Android app are told when new photos of them land. If live in-event delivery or WhatsApp delivery is central to how you work, Samaro is the better fit for that.
