Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective from 1 October 2026
This policy explains how to cancel a plan, what happens to your galleries when you do, and when a refund is due. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from your studio’s billing settings. No notice period applies and you do not need to contact us first, though we are happy to help if something is not working.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the term you have already paid for. It stops the next automatic renewal; it does not cut short the period you are currently in.
2. What happens after you cancel
- Your galleries stay live and your guests keep their access until the end of the paid term, subject to the storage limits and boost-expiry rules in section 8 of the Terms and Conditions.
- Cancellation does not downgrade your base paid plan early. A temporary storage boost still ends on its own expiry date.
- At the end of the term the account moves to the free tier. If your stored data exceeds the free tier’s quota, uploads stop and we will contact you before anything is removed.
- Export or download photographs while they remain available and before any notified deletion, including deletion after a temporary boost ends.
Keep your own copies. The service is a delivery and workflow tool, not a backup service. Download any files you need before deletion, including deletion of over-limit Content after a boost and its reminders end.
3. When a refund is due
We refund in these circumstances:
- you were charged in error, or charged twice for the same period;
- you were charged after cancelling, for a term that had not yet begun;
- we withdraw or materially reduce a paid feature you relied on, and you choose not to continue — we refund the unused portion of the term;
- we terminate your account for a reason that is not your breach of the Terms — we refund the unused portion;
- a refund is required by law.
We do not normally refund:
- the remainder of a term you chose to stop using — cancel instead, and use the service until the term ends;
- a period during which the service was available to you and your galleries were live, whether or not you used it;
- fees on an account terminated for breach of our Terms.
If your situation is not listed and you think a refund is fair, write to us. We would rather discuss it than have you dispute the charge with your bank.
4. Pay-as-you-go
Pay-as-you-go is billed monthly for the storage actually held during that month. There is nothing to cancel in advance: delete what you no longer need and the next month’s charge falls accordingly.
Because each charge covers storage already provided, past months are not refundable. Your first allocation is free, as shown on the pricing page.
5. Failed payments
If a payment fails we will retry and notify you. If it remains unpaid, we may pause uploads and guest access after reasonable notice. Your data is not deleted for non-payment without us contacting you first.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method — we cannot redirect them elsewhere. We process them within 7 working days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 working days to show the credit, which is outside our control.
Refunds are made in Indian Rupees for the amount charged. Where GST was charged, it is refunded with the fee.
7. Questions and disputes
Write to [email protected] with your studio name and the invoice or payment reference. We acknowledge refund requests within 3 working days and decide within 7.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, reply to that thread asking for it to be escalated, and a different person will review it.
